PROGRAMME OUTCOMES
The Programmes offer insight into the scholarly knowledge in their respective fields, integrating and synthesizing the related norms and ethics in their own fields. The Programmes empower students to undertake responsibility either as an individual or as a team member within the interdisciplinary framework and related fields. The Programmes are selected to suit the varied dimensions of our society. The job prospects ingrained in these courses put the students in good stead and make them employable after the completion of their respective Programme.
(For eg:- BA English with Journalism as one of the Complementary Courses) In addition to the courses, the College imparts practical training in Banking, UPSC-SSC Exams, MBA, NET-SET etc.
- Career Orientation : To equip students with varied career attributes so as to enhance their job prospects which in turn will help them get placements in various organizations within the country and abroad
- Pro-Active Mindset: To empower students to accept the challenges in their respective fields and suggest remedies for the maladies integrating the wisdom and expertise acquired from the Programme
- Social Responsibility : To enlighten students as social beings to involve in debates, discussions etc mediating disagreements and coming up with logical conclusions
- Life-long Learning : To embolden them in the pursuit of knowledge and make them value wisdom and follow it passionately thus engaging in life-long learning
- Value Orientation: To inculcate values in the minds of students and equip them to shoulder greater responsibilities in life with value orientation
- Individual and Team Work: To function effectively as an individual, as a member or leader in diverse teams, and in multi-disciplinary globalscape.
- Communication: To communicate effectively the complex concepts, theories, prospects and possibilities of their respective fields of expertise
- Environment and Sustainable Development: To sensitize students regarding the need to protect and conserve environment and ecology, thus encouraging them to be agents of social change and Sustainable Development. The Green Initiatives of the College coupled with the Audit Course in first year provide insight to students regarding this pertinent issue of the time.
