PROGRAMME OUTCOMES

The Programmes offer insight into the scholarly knowledge in their respective fields, integrating and synthesizing the related norms and ethics in their own fields. The Programmes empower students to undertake responsibility either as an individual or as a team member within the interdisciplinary framework and related fields. The Programmes are selected to suit the varied dimensions of our society. The job prospects ingrained in these courses put the students in good stead and make them employable after the completion of their respective Programme.

(For eg:- BA English with Journalism as one of the Complementary Courses) In addition to the courses, the College imparts practical training in Banking, UPSC-SSC Exams, MBA, NET-SET etc.

COURSE OBJECTIVES :

  • To familiarize the basic Electronic components To learn the basics of testing and measuring instruments To study the circuit assembling and troubleshooting To get a background of semiconductors and different types of diodes To introduce different types of transistors and power electronic devices

COURSE OUTCOME :

  • Able to explain the basic Electronic Components. Understand the basics of testing and measuring instruments. Develop circuits and understand its troubleshooting. Understand the characteristics of different types of diodes ,transistors and power electronics devices

COURSE OBJECTIVES :

  • To get the knowledge of rectifiers, filters and wave shaping circuits To get basic idea about the biasing of transistors and amplifiers To differentiate Oscillators and multi vibrators

COURSE OUTCOME :

  • Recognize rectifiers, filters and wave shaping circuits. Acquire knowledge about the biasing methods of transistors and amplifiers Identify the oscillator and multivibrator circuit characteristics

COURSE OBJECTIVES :

  • To equip the students withdetailed knowledge in digital electronics, digital IC’s in the 74XX Series. Many of the ideas are important to learn microprocessors. To learn different number systems, logic gates, comparators, flip flops etc. To equip the students with detailed knowledge of Analog IC’s like OPAMP 741, IC 555 etc. To learn the basics of Amplifiers, filters, wave form generators, comparators, Multivibrators and voltage regulators

  • To learn about the Architecture of 8085 Intel Microprocessor To expertise in instruction set and its hardware parts To impart knowledge in programming concepts of 8085 and its interfacing. To encourage students to learn any type of processor.

COURSE OUTCOME :

  • Develop idea about the internal hardware of 8085. Understand the instruction sets of 8085 and identify its hardware parts, thus learning to program .Able to carry out projects using processors other than 8085, for which similar architecture is used.

  • To understand the movements of waves in communication.
  • Understand the physics of waves for applications in radio frequency technology

  • To differentiate Microprocessor and Microcontroller To learn about the Architecture of 8051 Microcontroller To expertise in microcontroller instruction set and its hardware parts To impart knowledge in programming concepts of 8051 and its interfacing.

  • To learn the basics of control system and its different types. To analyze mathematical modeling of different types of systems. To compute the transfer function of a system using different methods. To get a background of compensators and controllers.

  • To make the students aware of various techniques in microwave communications
  • To equip the students with indepth understanding of microwave applications implement fundamental data structures

  • Understand various waveguides used forwave propogations.
  • Equipments like magnetron ,klystron cavity resonators, usage in daily life
    and industrial applications.
